At Beachwalk With Me, we're dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.I am not a therapist and have no formal training. but with my years as a athlete , coach and as a dive instructor talking and helping people both personally and professionally through challenges I feel I have the tools to help you through this difficult times and guide you back to a path with a more clear focus.

Beachwalk With Me – Introduction & Meet-and-Greet Sessions
I’d love to start by getting to know you in a relaxed, no-pressure introductory session.
$20 for 30 minutes
This short session is designed to:
- Build trust and comfort
- Give you a chance to see if my approach feels right for you
- Let me better understand your needs so I can offer the most helpful support moving forward
It’s a low-commitment way to decide whether you’d like to continue working together.
$60 for 60 minutes
This longer session focuses on deeper exploration:
- Clearly identifying the main problem(s) you’re facing
- Prioritizing which issue(s) to tackle first
- Creating a simple, realistic plan with clear goals
- Providing a safe space to vent, share your thoughts, and get honest, outside perspective
This is also a great opportunity to talk freely about your feelings—sometimes it’s easier to open up with someone outside your immediate social circle, especially when you’re worried about hurting feelings or causing tension.
No matter which option you choose, my goal is to listen without judgment, help you feel heard, and support you in moving forward at your own pace.
